Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan is genuinely free forever — just enter your email and verify with the one-time code we send. You can use Carrier90 as long as you want without ever entering payment info.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. We don’t pro-rate refunds, but you keep access through the end of your billing period — and you can keep using the free plan after that.
What happens if I exceed my search limit?
Searches are blocked for the rest of the day or month, with a clear message explaining when the limit resets. We don’t auto-charge overages. Upgrade to Vetting, Compliance or Signals to unlock more headroom.
What does the PDF report include?
The single-carrier PDF includes everything on the carrier’s dashboard: identity, USDOT/MC, trust score, verdict, all 7 BASIC scores, crash history, insurance, authority status, and chameleon flags. Designed to attach to a load file or compliance audit.
How do team seats work?
Compliance includes 3 seats; Signals includes 5. Each teammate signs up with their own email; the account owner adds them in account settings. Each user has their own search history and watchlist; the search quota is shared across the team.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes — between any tiers, anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Toggle to "Annual" above — you get 2 months free vs. monthly billing. Annual is billed up-front; same cancel-anytime terms.
What’s the difference between Compliance and Signals?
Compliance is the right pick for most teams — unlimited searches, 250-carrier watchlist, 3 seats, alerts, CSV export. Signals adds bulk lookup, API access, SOS filings, more seats and white-glove onboarding. If you’re unsure, start on Compliance and upgrade if you hit a ceiling.
